Default Which spark plug do you run?

I got to thinking since I'm due for a tune-up, i.e. valve adjustment, still needing my carbs air/fuel to be adjusted, but figured while im there might aswell replace the spark plug. Anyone know of a good quality spark plug that I should run? I beleive I have an O.E. plug still. Im sure my best bet will be to go with platinum, but which brand? I also dont believe in all those bs plugs with multiple grounds. Anyways I'd appreciate any input that I know you all are good for.

Yeah I got my plug shipped from Los Angeles through my local Napa auto parts and I opted for the IFR8H11 over the IFR7L11 my owners manual said came stock... My owners manual states that the IFR8H11 is for high speed, they were the same price so I went for the better of the 2.

And yes, Autophysn, stock the Honda 450R comes with a Laser Irridium plug that took a whoppin $16 bucks outta my pocket for 1! Napa even said it was the most expensive plug they have ever seen!

+howevermany on the NGKS. Run them in everything I got. Except the powerstroke. haha

WOW is right. Iridiums are what I run in my 954RR. It's fun buying them 4 at a time.

Years ago i tried bosh double platinum didn`t notice any change so stuck with ngk b8es , b9es is cooler more prone to fouling for 250r. 16 bucks is absurd!
