I actually prefer Buttercup over Glamis. BC is basically a scaled down version of Glamis. Less people, less duning area and a LOT less rails to run your ass over. The BC dunes aren't generally as wide open as Glamis. They're a little tighter and technical, which to me, on a quad = fun.

I really like BC. We go out there 10-12 times a season, vs. maybe 1-2 times at Glamis.

Yeah take HWY 78 east about 7 miles to Ogilby road then south to I-8. Hop on the 8 west for a mile or two and exit Grays Well RD.

I`M sorry i had to chime in , no hate mail plz. BUTTERCUP, I use for day tripp only! Very easy to get to , ride all day in &out. ( someone i knew died there). Gordywell, nice, quiet might get some sleep there, very challenging, plenty of ground to cover! Hate the valley when the wind blows! That fine dust gets in everything! GLAMIS, my fav., on off wknds the flats with no wind!! You got monster sets right there! Gecko on big wknds or wind, cause you stay clean even if it blows, sand drags, compo jerkin etc. 3rd choice washes, train (all night) dust (worst) but i`d take it over not going at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
