when I was a kid, My dad did that on his 350x ATC by accident,
he was climbing a hill and the guy infront of him stopped suddenly, well he lost it and began to roll to the side, some how he pulled it off and was highly regarded by the group for his "SKILLS" since then. Ha HA, he said he was just holding on for dear life and some how ended up right side up, LOL!
