this was my reply to the negative post on yahoo

I think that in times of tragedy, out of respect, that maybe people should wait until bodies have a chance to turn cold, before calling people stupid, morons, rednecks, etc. Most of us will not have the luxury of choosing the time and place of our demise. we may or may not always be using our best judgment. Most of us are fortunate the we will be able to learn from our mistakes. How ever these 8 where not. for that reason i will be praying for there families. I will also be praying for the driver, who i think will be suffering the most. I agree he is not to blame. he was doing what he was there to do and what people where there to watch him do. but he will have to live with this one for the rest of his life. i wish for him peace of mind.

some were going after the driver out of anger but it wasnt his fault, not much he can do when crowds shrink down their desert. When we attend these events we should really give these desert racers their space so they can do their thing. may they rest in peace and the injured recover quickly!

FAST-Aid has memorial stickers for sale to help support the families involved in the tragedy. $3 for a helmet size & $10 for vehicle. There will also be shirts for sale to support them at the Dezert People 8 premiere party (there are several through-out so-cal)... Please buy a sticker or 2 buy a shirt, or even just donate a couple of bucks to them. Again all funds will go to the families who lost loved ones & I beleive they are working on getting some trust funds set up for the children of the victims for college.

Here is a link to the stickers guys & gals

Rock And Roll Offroad Store

On a side note as of now all applications sent to BLM are being reviewed and approved on a case by case basis with the exception of MDR until the investigation is complete. This is in Cali I'm not sure what is going on with BLM in AZ & NV.

Senator's Boxer & Feinstein have called for their own seperate investigations of BLM so the final outcome may not be good being that Feinstein is endorsed by Sierra Club and all... If you have any questions about what is going on with the race scene in Southern Cali hit me up & I can fill you in... I can tell you that there is a Rally being planned for all off-roaders (racers, promoters, recreational guys, etc...) if you off-road, there is a rally being organized to show the world that we are in fact a force to be recognized

BLM is allowing the Vegas to Reno and another desert race in California to happen even with the recent events.

this is some ****ed up shit! Especially because they will be using this to try and ban all off road activities.

But WTF where those people doing so close to the track? Don't they watch the Europian off road races and see those crashes? I mean, what would you expect? Shame on the parents for having their children there. They of all should know better. The people who actually ride should know even more! Things happen in a instance. You put yourself that close to danger, your bound to get spanked. They chose it, no matter what they say, TO BLAME THE DRIVER????? WTF?????????????????

EXACTLY! He was doing exactly what he was there to do, push it to the limit in the name of racing.

NOT TO MENTION TRYING TO BLAME THE BLM......WTF????????????????????
COME ON, ARE THEY REALLY THAT IGNORANT???????????????????????

Personal accountability Auto, many have forgotten that actions have consequences and we are all responsible for our own. In the learning process, we all have the ability to project what may happen in a given set of circumstances and is commonly referred to as learning-from-others-mistakes. High functioning brains will learn a lesson from this. Poorly functioning ones will repeat it. And evolution will continue.
