Default New Subframe for the ATC 450

Have been using a modified 04-05 TRX450R aluminum subframe, but have been having alot of problems with it breaking, and lost my tig hookup, so I built one this weekend. The upper tube is 1" 14 ga mild steel square tubing and the lower is 3/4". Was also having alot of air intake/air box issues, so now I am using an 85/86 ATC250R intake tube and box instead of the trx450r one. Took awhile longer than I had planned, but its done now and I think it turned out great. Should be plenty strong now and hold up to my abuse. Headed to Waynoka this weekend so its gonna get torture tested.

Ive given you plenty of chances to ride it, and you were always too scared...but yeah you can ride it not awhole lot that you could mess up just keep it on the ground and away from trees.
