Welcome to the site. Now that Carnegie is closed, besides sucky and overcrowded Hollister, where else do you pimp that sweet 250r haha ?

luckily carnegie has had a stay of closing so there still open for the time being. I havent been out to ride anywhere else other than those places but would like to hit up Stony, Cow mountain, and PiPi to try some differenet trails.

There is a place called Knoxville up by lake Berryessa with fast open fire roads. It is a definitely a lot closer than Cow or Stony and good for a day ride. Also almost no crowds for sure. We go there a lot instead of Hollister to get our trail fix.

Never been to Knoxville but Stony ford is a great place to camp for the weekend. Hollister’s great if you go at the right time of the year, we camp 2/3 time a year before it get’s to hot. If we do a day trip we go to Mammoth Bar, Forest Hill, or George Town. Also, Carnegie sucks unless you have a dirt bike for all the hill climbs. The trails are short and the track is way too small.
