Diamond Lake 2009
Hey everyone, work has really been picking up so I haven't been able to get on as much....
This last weekend I cruised out to Diamond Lake and met up with the Sand Wizards for there annual ride....Lets just say I'm hooked!!! No sand and no dirt.....alllll snoooowwwwwwwwwwww. Mountain that overlooks the lake:  Lots of snow: this is just the parking lot....although I hear previous years there was considerably more.  Saturday night we had a big pot luck and ate way way way too much.

Saturday we also rode to Lemolo Lake, which was about 35 miles round trip. There were 21 bikes on this ride. It's pretty cool to be able to have that many people and still get a 5th gear ride going. Don't really have any action shots but either way...it was an amazing time with great people(we missed you rick!!!!!!)

Looks like fun Lucky,last time I was in Oregon we took my buddys 2 grizzles out I was really surprised how good they plowed through the fresh snow it was fun as heck! looking at That snow sure makes me wanna go snowboarding!!

21 atv's on 5th gear??? Damn that's gotta be an awesome white sand ride!
I'm surprised you weren't being pulled by an atv while jammin on the snowboard LOL! You were rockin the 250r on this one weren't you? I think I saw you in there! Very cool pics, you must be Lucky to ride there ha haa!

oops double post. Yeah most of the trail was nicely groomed so you could just get up and GO!!! There was a spot on the way back that was about 5 or 6 miles of just wide open and I know I cruised in 6th for quite a while....then I had to pee so bad that it started affecting my riding so I had to pull over. The 250r did awesome this trip. lmao. I ran with paddles and had some great traction.
yeah i'm in there when the dude on the 4x4 cuts on the other side i'm passing by the camera guy

hey Lucky, yeah, been missing you around here girl!
Great pic's! I noticed the green bike threw his paddles on backwards, I always wondered if paddles would do good in the snow. Don't be a stranger now, ttyl!
