In response to a question about which "Issue Area" selection box which would be the best choice while composing letters in any of the above links...


You are welcome. Regarding the "Issue Area" selection, that can depend on how you compose your message. After you compose your message, read it and select the main idea. Compare the main idea of your message to the list and choose the one that's most appropriate. If you are addressing the fact that the money pot will begin to dry up if they continue to disregard OHV enthusiasts, and the fees we pay, then "budget" may be a possible selection. If you are addressing the possibilty of financial devisitation to local businesses who depend on OHV enthusiasts, and the money we bring to their businesses, then "commerce" may be a good selection. Most other letters would likely fall under "environment". Perhaps composing multiple letters, one addressing each of your concerns..?

I just sent letters to the state reps and we all need to so they know how the people who vote them into office feel. It takes a few minutes of time and to me it is well worth it to save our riding areas. If we don't speak up then we are accepting the end result.

Here is a map of the area for anyone planning to go: I believe the Saturday meeting is in the Yurt meeting hall located on the right side of the map. If it's not then I'm sure once you get over there someone can direct you appropriately.

Remember what you are representing when you are over there, not only yourself but the ATV community as a whole. I know we are passionate about this subject but please try to keep some composure. =)
