Right with Weekend Warrior, Alfa, Rag'N, extreme RV, etc....Fleetwood RV toy haulers

(March 9, 2009) -- "Fleetwood's Travel Trailer division has suffered in particular, sustaining losses of $65.3 million in 2007 and $16.8 million in 2008. In recent years, this division has lost market share due to aggressive competition from industry peers. Fleetwood has responded by improving its product lineup, but current market conditions are too severe to permit timely recovery," wrote Paul Eskritt. "We sincerely regret to inform you that Fleetwood is therefore withdrawing from the travel trailer business in order to focus on its motorhomes and manufactured housing business."

It gets worse and worse. Before you know it toyhaulers will be a thing of the past. It will be nothing but motorhomes and flatbeds behind them. I have toyed with that idea a few times but I would have to buy a 40 ft. flatbed for all of my crap to fit LOL.

So Fleetwood is still around but is no longer making RVs(other then motorhomes). Ive got a feeling alot of companies(not just RV related) will do the same or worse.

Yeah, the company Fleetwood is still around but are giving up on toy haulers. They had a few years that were complete crap and Im guessing thats what hurt them also. I bought my Warrior knowing they were in bad shape but also it will be my last toy hauler. I want a Super C when I can afford to trade mine in.
