If its a tandem axle and you dont want to take rims off run a chain or locking cable through the 2 wheels on one side, doing so will keep it from spinning. Like using the trailer brakes...only not.

We saw a product at Dunefest called the Camp Boss, or something like that. It was a combination cable/alarm deal. Pretty cool. Anyone heard of it, or better yet, used it?
