DuneFest 2010 -- August 4 - 8
Hey gang, bringing this up now so folks can get their 2010 riding budgets in order...an order that includes Dunefest if they want to. I say that because Camping Registration opens March 29, 2010 and all fees must be paid at the time of reservation. In past years, camping spots have sold out in a few hours. I suspect the economy may leave the window open a little longer but there's no telling I guess. Once they're gone, they become expensive and I don't mean kind of. In 2007, a dude arriving reservationlessly from SoCal pulled $1500 cash out of his glove box right on the spot and handed it over for an extra site someone in our group had. It's a lot cheaper just to get them from the Reedsport Chamber of Commerce for around a hundred bucks...while they have them.

It was fun to go once to say I did it but I will never go to that event again.Way to many people to be able to ride.

Yeah last year we got there tuesday at 11am and left sunday around noon. I was sick of the sand for like a month.

Not this year for me, maybe next year.
 Sorry, I just have way too much shit going on, house, pool, kids, cars, bikes, etc. hahahaha But it will never stop! Oregon Dunes is on my bucket list for sure tho! Take plenty of pics for your friend Auto

Its a beautiful place. Trees, water, Sand dollars on the beach And one dead jellyfish I real cool place!
